The Rehabilitation Associates of Nevada

Rehabilitation Associates of Nevada is a provider for most major insurance companies. We are a provider for and accept assignment from Medicare. However, when using Medicare, the patient is responsible for any copays and for the annual deductible.

Rehabilitation Associates of Nevada will be happy to bill any second insurance companies for the patient. For private insurance providers, we ask that the patient contact their insurance company directly to ensure that the doctor you wish to see is listed on your Provider List.
